What we do
The Bed Linen Company Europe is an online bedding shop. We sell the things you actually put on a bed: complete bed linen sets, children's bedding, quilts, duvets and flat sheets, silk and satin pillowcases, mattress toppers and protectors, and blankets and throws. There is no showroom and no sales floor, which is a large part of why the prices look the way they do.
The range is deliberately tight. We would rather carry a small number of sets we are happy to put on our own beds than list hundreds of variations of the same thing.
How we sell
Every product page carries the full measurements in centimetres, the material, and the colour and size options with their own prices. Bed sizes vary more between countries than most people expect, so check the measurements against your own mattress rather than going by the size name.
Prices are in euro and include our delivery terms below. What you see on the product page is what you are charged at checkout.
How we ship
Delivery is free across Europe on orders of €50 or more, and a flat €9.99 applies below that. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, on top of our 24 to 48 hour handling time, and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
As an EU consumer you also have a 14 day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, running from the day your order arrives. Our Refunds & Returns page sets out how that works.

We use Eco Pack packaging and work with our delivery providers to bring down the carbon footprint of getting an order to your door.

Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes. We ship to addresses across Europe with a tracked courier. Delivery is free on orders of 50 euro or more, with a flat 9.99 euro charge below that. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. That does not include our 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time. You will see tracking once your parcel is on its way.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by card through Stripe or with your PayPal account. Both are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.
What bed sizes do you sell?
Our bedding follows European sizing, covering single, double, king and super king. Every product page lists the exact measurements in centimetres, so check those against your own mattress before ordering rather than going by the size name alone.
Can I return my order if it is not right?
Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14 day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, running from the day you receive the goods, and you do not have to give a reason. Email us and we will sort out the return or refund. Goods should come back in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
How do I wash bed linen so it lasts?
Follow the care label on the item, since the right wash depends on the fabric. As a general rule, wash on a cool or warm cycle, avoid bleach, and dry on a low heat or on the line. Washing a set together keeps the colours ageing at the same rate.
How should I care for silk and satin pillowcases?
Wash silk and satin separately on a delicate cycle in cool water with a mild detergent, ideally in a mesh laundry bag. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Air dry away from direct heat and sunlight, and press on a low iron if needed.
Will the colour match the photo exactly?
Colours and textures show differently on different screens, and natural fabrics vary slightly from one piece to the next. Small differences between the photo and the item you receive are normal rather than a fault.
Do I pay customs or import charges?
Orders shipped within the EU do not attract customs charges. Where an order is sent from outside the EU, any duties or taxes applied on arrival are set by your own country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers only exist after the parcel is despatched, so there is nothing to track immediately after ordering. Items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
